Albert C. Kreischer, Jr. was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1973. He practiced in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities until his admission to practice in Florida in 1975. He received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University in 1970 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1973. Mr. Kreischer has more than 30 years of legal experience in the practice of law. His primary area of practice is real estate and includes the representation of clients in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of both residential and commercial properties. Lawrence E. Fuentes
Lawrence E. Fuentes was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1973 and has been engaged in the general practice of law in his native Tampa since that time. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in 1970 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1973. Mr. Fuentes has more than 35 years legal experience in the practice of law with a concentration in real estate, probate and estate administration, wills and trusts, business law, and general civil litigation. His legal memberships include the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Bar. He was an executive editor of Stetson Law Review in 1973, and published "Florida Wrongful Death Act: A Liberal Interpretation," Stetson Law Review, 1972.
